Topic:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Behavioural safety is the missing piece of the safety puzzle
Human behaviour is an element within every incident and injury. Even with the safest workplace and the best systems in place, workers will still act unsafely at times. Sometimes they will hurt themselves or others when they do. Behavioural safety is the missing piece of the puzzle and the key to driving sustained improvements in incident and injury prevention. However managing human behaviour in the workplace is not easy and takes dedication and skill.
In this presentation, Kristy will provide insights into why workers take risks in the workplace and they key ingredients needed to impact on unsafe behaviours and implement a successful behavioural safety program
